Jack McGinnity comes to Avenica with a degree in Sport Management from the University of Minnesota and a passion for problem solving. In his new role at Avenica, he plans to build upon and utilize his sales experience to develop relationships and help identify solutions for clients that allow them to better focus on their business. As a recent graduate who knows about the challenges of life after college, Jack embodies what it means to work at Avenica. “We’re helping recent grads kickstart their careers. Not only do we match our clients with the right entry-level candidates for their open positions, we’re helping recent graduates take the first steps towards starting rewarding careers and full-fledged adulthood.”
Josie Crepeau, also an alum of the University of Minnesota, majored in Strategic Communication and plans to use her interpersonal skills to focus on creating and fostering long-lasting, mutually-beneficial client relationships. With a tenacious work ethic and a vision for the future, Josie is excited to build upon the strong foundation and name Avenica has built in the entry-level recruiting space. “I’m excited to help Avenica grow and get to the next level. I believe in what we’re doing and think we are uniquely positioned to help organizations meet their business goals through matching them with the right talent.”
As a University of North Dakota alum with a degree in Management and a minor in Sports Business, Alex Harvey joins Avenica with a strong drive for success and the willingness to take on new challenges. He also shares in Avenica’s mission to help college grads get started on successful career paths and knows the value of serving the entry-level industry. “Avenica works because our clients receive talent specifically matched to their culture, business, and specific needs.
