Responsibilities of the Entry Level Business Administrator:

  • Monitor the quality of data in the CRM system, an integral part of our process. This will be accomplished through analyzing administrative reports on a monthly basis and performance quality checks
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Assist with production of documents specific to department needs
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms
  • Coordinate claims reviews and audit preparation
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Prepare for file reviews, which will include scheduling of the file review, collect documents, organize books, and produce booklets, for all clients under (#) claims per year

Requirements of the Entry Level Business Administrator:

  • Bachelor’s degree – all majors encouraged to apply
  • Ability to think creatively and logically in a fast-paced environment with conflicting demands and priorities
  • Possess initiative to constantly improve processes and broaden knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with others to achieve best possible solutions
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands and priorities
