Responsibilities of the Entry Level Claims Examiner:

  • Uncover, report, and organize details and information around claims and communicate with all stakeholders
  • Review all claims to determine all actions including but not limited to settlements, payments, communications, and documentation are made in accordance with company and legal regulations
  • Provide updates on any irregularities and discrepancies to finds appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with customers to retrieve/relay information relevant to short-term claims
  • Identify and resolve problems and make time-sensitive decisions independently
  • Contribute to creating a dynamic team environment that achieves positive outcomes
  • Compile, outline, present case findings to clients in quarterly meetings
  • Provide top-notch customer service by maintaining a dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers

Requirements of the Entry Level Claims Examiner:

  • Bachelor’s degree required – all majors encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with individuals, strengthening relationships to achieve best possible solutions
  • Prior customer service experience in retail, restaurant, or other business situations
